Kelda Baljon

Kelda Baljon is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in leading product design and user experience initiatives across various industries, particularly in healthcare and technology. Currently serving as the Director of Design at Tilly Therapy, Kelda has been instrumental in creating a profitable, tech-enabled ABA business while enhancing engagement through collaborative design efforts. Previous roles include Product Design Manager at a Series B startup and Senior Product Designer at PK and Aduro, where Kelda applied human-centered methodologies to improve user experiences. An alumnus of the University of Washington with a Master's in Human-Computer Interaction and Design, as well as a Bachelor's degree from Northwestern University, Kelda possesses a strong foundation in design strategy and usability testing, further evidenced by a successful tenure at Epic, where significant improvements in user feedback were achieved.
