Valentina Ramírez Vega

Valentina Ramírez Vega currently serves as the Growth Retention Team Lead and Growth Revenue Senior Analyst at Elenas, a position held since March 2021, where responsibilities include developing strategic plans to enhance retention and maximize ROI, as well as proposing and executing comprehensive experiments. Prior to Elenas, Valentina worked at Activos Colombia as a Growth Analyst, focusing on customer service case management, and held the role of Auxiliar de servicio de atención al cliente Regional. Valentina's experience also includes an internship in Internal Communication, Marketing, and Customer Service at Trade Alliance Corporation, where tasks included creating corporate communications and video editing. Valentina holds a degree from Universidad de La Sabana, completed in 2022.
