Merav Ben Ari

Merav Ben Ari has over 14 years of experience in Human Resources. Merav started their career in 2007 as an Executive Recruiting Manager at Partner Communications Company Ltd., where they were responsible for all recruiting processes for the Corporate and Marketing units. Merav also initiated, designed, and facilitated Divisional projects, such as developing and installing the Company's recruiting system. In 2012, they took on the role of B2C & International HR Manager at 888.com, where they had overall responsibility for all HR related operations in the Division, both in Israel and abroad. Merav also lead globally corporate HR processes, such as performance management and compensation processes. Later that same year, they took on the role of HR Business Partner at Radcom for 7 months, replacing the Head of HR. In 2015, they became Global Director of HR at SimilarWeb, where they acted as the General Manager of HR and a Leadership Team member for the Business Go-To-Market divisions in 6 geos. In 2019, they became Human Resources Director at Fabric, formerly CommonSense Robotics. Most recently, in 2021, they became Global VP People at Eleos Health, where they are pioneering CareOps Automation.

Merav Ben Ari achieved a Bachelor's Degree in Life Science from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev between 2002 and 2005. Merav then completed an MBA in strategic management from The College of Management Academic Studies between 2010 and 2011.
