Julie Porst

Julie Porst is the current Interim Head of People & Culture at Vivino. Julie has previously worked as the Head of Training and Global HR Transformation Lead at Maersk Drilling from August 2016 to August 2021. In this role, they managed a team of 12 high performing Training advisors and operational training analysts, supporting 3200 offshore and onshore employees. Julie also co-designed the Offshore competency assessment tool, based on IADC and UK HSE principles.

From February 2014 to February 2015, Julie Porst was the Upstream Training Lead at Mærsk Line. Prior to that, they worked as a Consultant for Retail and Corp. Finance at A/S Dansk Shell from August 2012 to September 2013.

Julie Porst has a background in project management and business administration. Julie has a degree in Business Management & Communication from Copenhagen Business College and is currently completing a graduate degree in Logistic Management from the same institution. Additionally, they have completed a module on project management from the Project Management Institute (PMI) and is currently working as a process consultant with Probana.
