Esther Bargeman - van de Pol

Esther Bargeman - van de Pol possesses extensive experience in youth work and psychosocial support, currently serving as Groepsleider at Eleos since September 2021, focusing on part-time treatment and education for youth facing psychological challenges. Formerly a volunteer and youth worker with Youth for Christ Netherlands from September 2012 to December 2022, Esther was involved in various initiatives aimed at fostering relationships and support among diverse youth populations. Additional experience includes work at Stichting Cornerstone, where Esther restarted youth activities and built connections with young individuals, as well as group facilitation roles at De Hoop ggz. Esther's educational background includes a Bachelor’s in Social Work from Christelijke Hogeschool Ede and specialized training in Emotional and Behavioral Disturbances from Utrecht University.
