Leaniek Doornenbal

Leaniek Doornenbal has been with Eleos since September 2012, currently serving as a member of the Management Team and as a specialist home-based youth and family counselor, registered with SKJ. In this role, Leaniek is responsible for coordination, contributing to the specialized home guidance group for youth, and participating in the youth content platform. Previous positions at Eleos include senior counselor, where duties involved internal auditing and student supervision, and residential counselor. Leaniek’s educational background includes a bachelor's degree in Social Work from HZ University of Applied Sciences and a level 4 SAW degree in Adult Care from Hoornbeeck College. Leaniek's extensive experience in youth and family support is complemented by various internships in social services.
