Natalie Powell has a wealth of work experience spanning over 13 years. In 2007, they began their career as a Sales & Service Manager at River Island. Natalie then moved to Time Recruitment in 2009 as a Recruitment Consultant - Accountancy & Finance. In 2014, they joined Public Practice Recruitment Ltd as a Recruitment Consultant. The following year, they began working at Pure Resourcing Solutions as a Recruitment Consultant. In 2017, Natalie began working at Tiffany & Co. as a Recruitment Lead (Contract) and also at Harvey Jones Kitchens as an HR and Recruitment Manager. In 2018, they were a Talent Acquisition Manager (Contract) at Victoria's Secret. In 2019, they joined IWG plc as a Talent Acquisition Manager and Senior Global Talent Acquisition Manager. In 2021, they were a Talent Acquisition Manager - EMEA at Therabody. Currently, they are a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager at Elephant Healthcare.

Natalie Powell attended the University of Suffolk from 2010 to 2011, where they earned a Foundation degree in Art & Design. Natalie then attended The Open University from 2011 to 2014, where they earned a Law & Psychology degree.
