Wilfred Adu-Agyei has worked in the customer service and customer experience fields for the past 8 years. In 2021, they began working as a Customer Experience Manager for Elephant Healthcare, where they are the lead of Customer Experience Services and helpdesk management in Ghana. WILFRED also helps with customer support implementation for clients across Ghana, Nigeria, Kenya and Lebanon, and troubleshoots customer queries and requests through Fresh Works and Fresh Service.
Prior to this role, Wilfred worked as a Customer Service Officer for Enterprise Life Insurance Company from 2013-2021. During this time, they were in charge of overall management of the policy administration side, organized meetings for the policy administration and customer service department, processed claims and policy benefits for clients, and responded to clients emails and call center.
Wilfred Ado-Agyei is currently a Doctoral Candidate at Henan University, studying Regional and Development Economics. WILFRED previously obtained a Master of Science (MSc) in Management Finance from Xiamen University between 2016 and 2018. Before that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Acturial Science from Kwame Nkrumah'\u200b University of Science and Technology, Kumasi, between 2009 and 2013.
