Felipe Herrera Barros has a diverse work experience in the marketing and revenue management fields. Felipe started their career at LATAM Airlines in 2009, where they held various roles such as Senior Manager of Revenue Management, Route Manager, and Analyst of Revenue Management. In these positions, they were responsible for optimizing budgets, leading teams, and managing merge processes. In 2016, Felipe joined Elephant Auto Insurance as the Customer Loyalty Manager and later became the Head of Marketing in 2017.
Felipe Herrera Barros completed their education at various institutions. From 1989 to 2002, they attended Colegio San Ignacio El Bosque. Felipe then obtained an Engineer's Degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, studying from 2003 to 2008. Following that, they pursued a Master's Degree at Postgrado de la Escuela de Ingeniería - Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, from 2008 to 2009. Finally, they attended the University of Virginia Darden School of Business from 2014 to 2016, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree.
