Ojashwi Shrestha

Ojashwi Shrestha has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Ojashwi started their career as an intern at Aon Benfield in 2006. From 2007 to 2012, they worked at Thomson Reuters as a Software Engineer and later as a Senior Software Engineer. In 2012, they joined Starkey Hearing Technologies as a Web Application Developer. Ojashwi then worked at Thomson Reuters again from 2014 to 2015 as a Lead Software Consultant. In 2015, they joined IBM as a Lead Software Consultant until 2017. Most recently, Ojashwi worked at Elephant Insurance from 2017 to the present, holding positions such as Web Development Manager, Sr. Digital Manager, Director of Digital Development, and currently as the Director of Digital Development and Data Services.
