Selmira Sosic

Selmira Sosic is an accomplished professional currently serving as Head of Customer Success at Elephant Insurance since December 2019. In this role, Selmira has successfully transitioned team operations to Jira for enhanced efficiency and has driven pivotal projects aligned with organizational strategic goals while focusing on customer retention. Previously, Selmira held various positions including Internal Auditor, where comprehensive audits were conducted, and relationships were built with stakeholders. Earlier experience includes working as Audit Senior at Deloitte, managing audits for Fortune 500 clients, and serving as Manager of the Technology Learning Center at the University of Richmond. Selmira holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Accounting and a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies from the University of Richmond.
