Valerie Cayo

Valerie Cayo has a diverse work experience background. From 2015 to present, they have worked at Elephant Ventures, LLC., starting as a Junior Software Engineer, then progressing to Software Engineer, and currently holding the position of Senior Software Engineer.

Prior to that, from 2013 to 2020, Valerie worked at ACLD as a Substitute Care Provider.

Before their current role at Elephant Ventures, LLC., Valerie also gained valuable experience at Pace University - Seidenberg School of Computer Science. From 2011 to 2014, they served as a Seidenberg Summer Scholars Tech Mentor and Developer, where they worked on various projects such as creating a web app and website for a children's virtual gaming center, developing an iOS application, and collaborating on a 2D mobile game using Photoshop, Omnigraffle, and Unity. Additionally, Valerie also took on roles as a Seidenberg STEM Camp Mentor, Teachers Aide, and Tutor during their time at the university.
