Marcett Banks

Marcett Banks has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Elephants Delicatessen since November 2017, with a progression through various HR roles including HR Manager, HR Generalist, HR Specialist in Recruiting, HR Assistant, and HR Receptionist. Prior to that, Marcett worked as a Camp Instructor for the Universal Cheerleaders Association from April 2015 to March 2018, and held positions as a Color Consultant at SEPHORA and a Sales Associate at Kohl's. Early career experience includes serving as a Hostess at Big Al's from January 2014 to March 2015. Marcett holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Management and Leadership, and Spanish from Portland State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Spanish from Universidad Autónoma de Querétaro.
