Karl Kristian Kits

Karl Kristian Kits is an experienced professional in leadership roles across various sectors, currently serving as the Head of Security and Fire Safety at Elering since November 2023. In addition, Karl holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at Tartu Valgus (TAVA) since January 2021, where responsibilities include marketing leadership. Previous experience includes leading the security and fire safety group at Eesti Energia from July 2018 to November 2023 and serving as Chief Executive Officer at Fortec from 2015 to July 2018. Karl has a strong educational background with a Bachelor's degree in Design and Visual Communications from the Estonian Academy of Arts, a Master's degree in Communication from Tallinn University, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the Estonian Business School.
