Marion Jehe-Paisnik

Marion Jehe-Paisnik is a seasoned Human Resources Specialist with extensive experience in the field. Currently employed at Elering since May 2015, Marion has previously held similar roles at Arvato Supply Chain Solutions from August 2012 to April 2015 and served as a Project Manager at Skrivanek Baltic for a brief period in 2012. With earlier experience as an Office Manager at DataCatering OÜ and as a Junior Consultant at Enterprise Estonia, Marion has developed a diverse skill set in organizational behavior, supported by a Master’s degree in Organizational Behavior Studies from Tallinn University and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Economy from TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology.
