Daniela Borges Herrera has over 15 years of work experience. Daniela began their career in 2006 as a Visitador Médico at Laboratorio Zuoz Pharma. In 2007, they were promoted to Gerente de Producto, where they developed annual marketing plans for four different brands, reviewed and analyzed the market, and generated estimates, budgets, and prices for each brand. In 2017, they moved to L'Oréal as a Brand Manager La Roche-Posay / Vichy, where they developed monthly and annual forecasts, managed budgets according to planned strategies, and designed and developed marketing plans for each brand and franchise, including promotional materials for the medical visit. In 2018, they joined Ávila Burger as a Marketing Manager, where they developed marketing strategies to maintain the chain as the first option for hamburgers in the Venezuelan market, reviewed the marketing budget and restaurant sales, and developed line extensions specifically for breakfast to increase sales in less busy times. Later that year, they moved to OfficeMax México as a Key Account Manager, where they generated a portfolio of AAA customers that contribute high profitability to the business, monitored and reactivated accounts that require renegotiation of purchase conditions, and designed forecasts for customers based on optimal commercial variables. In 2020, they joined HCE Review as a Buisness Unit Manager, where they accelerated the B2C sales process, created a list of prospects and a communication plan for the B2B process, and supervised the conversion of the healthcarereview website. Most recently, in 2021, they joined elery as a Business Development Sr. Manager and Telemedicine Sr. Manager.
Daniela Borges Herrera has a diverse educational background. Daniela obtained a Lic. Nutrición y Dietética from Universidad Central de Venezuela in 2000-2005. In 2011-2012, they completed a Diplomado en Gerencia de Mercadeo from UCAB - Universidad Católica Andrés Bello. In 2015, they completed a Curso de Trade Marketing from UCAB - Universidad Católica Andrés Bello. In 2016, they completed a Diplomado in Marketing/Gestión de marketing, general from Universidad Metropolitana (VE). In 2019, they completed a Diplomado in Marketing Digital from Tecnológico de Monterrey. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Empresa, gestión, marketing y disciplinas afines from Universidad Regiomontana S.C. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in Grow @ L'Oréal from CrossKnowledge.
