Superior quality and reliability needs of the Automotive and Mission Critical applications led ELES to define an innovative Reliability Embedding Test Engineering offer supporting Customers towards “Zero Defects production". The chips are entering more and more deeply in our lives. Our mission is focused on supporting semiconductor industry and electronic technology to introduce the culture of defectivity prevention, by improving and completing the device test experience. Total Reliability Management is the winning way to produce semiconductors in the age of zero defect. ELES with R.E.T.E. proposal can support Customer to identify and to embed Total Reliability Management process in each stage of the semiconductors production, from characterization and design validation, through quality and reliability, up to production. We are present at world level with two offices in Singapore and Freemont, California, and an international network of agents.
