Patrick Marzetz

Patrick Marzetz has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Ausbildungsleiter and HR Specialist at PROSOZ Herten GmbH since February 2019. Prior to this role, Patrick worked in the personnel department at Back Bord Mühlenbäckerei Verwaltungsgesellschaft mbH from June 2016 to January 2019 and as a Personaldienstleistungskaufmann at iperdi GmbH from August 2012 to May 2016, where Patrick also completed training in the field. Educational qualifications include certifications from IHK Dortmund in 2020 (Referent Lohn und Gehalt), IHK Bochum in 2017 (Ausbilder), and IHK Bochum from 2016 to 2017 (Personalfachkaufmann).
