Yves Herssens

Yves Herssens has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Yves currently serves as the Commercial Director - MECS Europe at Elessent Clean Technologies since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at DuPont from 2011 to 2021, holding various positions including Business Development Leader, Global Licensing Manager, Global Product Manager / Global Market Leader, Business Lead, Channel Sales Manager, and Product Manager. Before joining DuPont, Yves worked at MECS from 2005 to 2010, where they served as a Product Manager, Sales Manager, and Business Analyst. Yves also worked at ALDI Belgium as a District Manager from 2004 to 2005 and at ExxonMobil as a Business Analyst and Cost Accountant from 2001 to 2004.

Yves Herssens obtained their Master's degree in Commercial Engineering from the University of Antwerp - Faculty of Business and Economics, specializing in Technology Management - International Management. Yves pursued their studies at the same time as they attended the Freie Universität Berlin, where they focused on Operational Economics. Prior to that, Yves attended the Sint-Jozef-Klein-Seminarie in St-Niklaas for their undergraduate education, specializing in Economics and Mathematics.
