Simone Romagnoli

Simone Romagnoli serves as a People Care & Industrial Relations Specialist at ELT Group, a position held since September 2019, focusing on labor, social security, and fiscal regulations while managing industrial relations and internal company policies. Prior to this, Simone was the Chief of Staff to the Mayor of Cerveteri, where responsibilities included strategic planning and institutional communication. A background in project management is highlighted by past roles with the Fondazione Politico culturale and as a project manager and artistic director for the Etruria Eco Festival. Additional experience includes working with Roma Capitale in various administrative capacities and internships at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
