Umberto Lecci

Umberto Lecci has over 25 years of experience in the aerospace and engineering sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Product Industrial Engineering and Head of the Mechanical Department at Elettronica Group since June 2016, Umberto has played a key role in advancing product engineering initiatives. Prior to this position, Umberto was the Head of the Equipment Thermo-Mechanical Department at Thales Alenia Space from April 2006 to May 2016. Umberto's early career included roles as a Composite Materials Technologist and an apprentice in the composite materials department at Alenia Aerospazio from October 1998 to March 2006. Umberto graduated with a degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Sapienza Università di Roma in 1998.
