Maxence Rousson is an experienced ESG expert with a demonstrated history in sustainable finance and research. Currently serving as an ESG Expert at ELEVA Capital since September 2023, Rousson previously held the position of ESG Research Vice President at Exane from January 2021 to September 2023, where responsibilities included leading the integration of ESG factors across several sectors and supporting over 800 companies. Prior experience includes senior roles at Covéa Finance, KPMG France, and several internships at organizations such as Groupe Caisse des Dépôts and Oddo & Cie, contributing to ESG analysis and sustainable finance initiatives. Rousson holds a Master of Science in Management from NUCB Business School and a Master of Science in Financial Markets from NEOMA Business School, alongside other academic qualifications in philosophy and humanities.
