Florencia Zuasnabar

Florencia Zuasnabar is an experienced professional in human resources, communication, and marketing, currently serving as the Head of People Experience at Efficy since September 2019. With a diverse background that includes roles as Learning and Development Officer, Sales Team Leader, and Sales Account Executive, Florencia has significantly contributed to the organizations' growth. In addition, Florencia co-founded AnimalMente in August 2020, demonstrating a commitment to impactful initiatives. Previous experience as a Communication & Marketing Manager at Enric Corbera Institute and INES CRM involved leading teams and implementing strategies that enhanced revenue and international presence. Florencia holds a Master’s degree in Business Communication Management from Universitat de Barcelona and a Professional Certificate in The Science of Happiness at Work from the University of California, Berkeley, among other academic qualifications in human resources and corporate communication.
