Richard Pearson, CAIA, has extensive experience in sales trading and equity markets, holding the position of Head of Trading at Eleva Capital since October 2015. Prior to this role, Richard was a Senior Sales Trader at Groupe Crédit Agricole from 2004 to June 2014, specializing in sales trading European equities with a focus on French stocks. Richard's career began at SBC Savory Milln Ltd as a Dealer Support/Assistant Dealer (1985-1988), followed by positions at Ducatel Duval as a Junior Sales Trader (1988-1992), SG Warburg as a Sales Trader (1992-1995), and at Deutsche Bank as Head of the Paris Sales-Trading Desk (1995-2004). Richard's capabilities in managing sales trading teams and achieving high rankings within the industry are well-established. Richard holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation obtained between 2013 and 2014.
