Abby Gray Liske

Abby Gray Liske is a seasoned leader in technology strategy and operations, currently serving as Director of Innovation Operations at Elevance Health since April 2023, where Abby guides a 40-person team to enhance health outcomes and streamline operations through digital products. Previously, Abby held the position of VP of Technology Strategy at Full Cycle, overseeing R&D and engineering efforts, and Abby initiated strategic pivots in the organization's operations. At The Wonderful Company, Abby contributed as Senior Director of Finance & Strategy for CSR and scaled primary care clinics to effectively serve thousands of employees. Abby's experience spans roles at Bain & Company and various initiatives focused on social impact, including significant work in microinsurance and poverty alleviation while serving as a Kiva Fellow. Abby holds an MBA from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and a BA in Political Science and International Comparative Studies from Duke University.
