Alicia Barnes

Alicia Barnes currently serves as a Concierge Coordinator at Elevance Health, a position held since May 2024. Prior to this role, Alicia worked as an addictions counselor at Pinnacle Treatment Centers, Inc. from March 2020 to May 2024 and at the Richmond Treatment Center from December 2018 to March 2020. Alicia's experience in the field of substance abuse also includes a position as a Substance Abuse Instructor at New Castle Correctional Facility in early 2017, and as an Addictions Recovery Specialist at Correctional Industrial Facility from July 2015 to February 2017. Earlier in Alicia's career, work as a Home Health Aide (HHA) took place at Individual Support Services from September 2010 to April 2015. Educationally, Alicia is pursuing a Master’s degree in Social Work at Walden University, with an expected graduation in July 2025, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Harrison College-Indianapolis, completed in 2013.
