Amy Yutzy

Amy Yutzy has extensive experience in Medicaid program management and operations, currently serving as Plan President for Colorado Medicaid at Elevance Health since March 2024. Prior roles include Executive Director and Director of Medicaid Programs at Physician Health Partners from March 2018 to March 2024, and Chief Operating Officer at Community Health Partnership from October 2015 to March 2018, overseeing operations for Medicaid contracts across multiple counties. Amy Yutzy contributed as a Board Director for The Resource Exchange, Inc. from April 2018 to March 2024, and held various leadership positions at Kids Crossing and New Outlook CPA. Amy Yutzy's foundational education includes a Master of Social Work from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Eastern Mennonite University.
