Charles Barrios

Charles Barrios is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and service experience roles. Currently serving as the Staff VP of Service Experience at Elevance Health since August 2017, Charles has previously held the position of Vice President of Operations at Stewart Title from February 2011 to August 2017. Earlier in their career, Charles worked as the Associate Director of Operations at the Harris County Tax Office from May 2006 to January 2011. Charles holds a Bachelor's Degree in Technology in Leadership, Training and Supervision from the University of Houston, which was earned between 2000 and 2004.
