Cindy Siedner, PMP, CISA, and ITILV3 certified professional, has extensive experience in information security and compliance, currently serving as the Technical Compliance Executive Advisor at Elevance Health since July 2016. In this role, Siedner has led various initiatives including developing an Internal Audit support process and implementing a corporate-driven Information and Data Governance program. Previously, Siedner held key positions at Anthem, Inc. and WellPoint, focusing on technology management, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance, notably leading WellPoint's Sarbanes-Oxley compliance efforts and managing large-scale projects with international teams. With a solid educational background in Economics from Tel Aviv University and further studies at the University of Colorado Denver, Siedner combines deep technical expertise with strong leadership capabilities.
