Dede Ainbinder

Dede Ainbinder is currently engaged at Elevance Health in Data Analytics and Interoperability since 2024. Previous experience includes a role as Product Manager at Lightmatter from 2022 to 2023, where Dede advised on healthtech product strategy and designed a supply chain plan for a $200M ARR surgical suite expansion. As Executive Director of Business Development at Health Gorilla in 2021-2022, Dede prioritized product requests from LATAM’s largest private health system and provided strategic advice to the C-Suite. From 2015 to 2021, Dede served as Principal Consultant in Healthtech Product Strategy at Fidelis Consulting, where foundational contributions were made to a new hospital in Texas and the rapid establishment of a COVID-19 testing outreach program. Dede's earlier roles include Integration Product Manager at Montefiore Health System, focusing on laboratory interfaces, and Project Manager at Epic, overseeing laboratory go-live deliverables for a large hospital system. Dede holds a BA degree with a double major in Biology and Music from Amherst College.
