Emma Hodge

Emma Hodge is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in clinical strategy, partnerships, and operations. Currently serving as Senior Director of Clinical Strategy & Partnerships at Elevance Health since April 2023, Emma previously held the role of Head of Operations at Innerwell, a psychedelic therapy platform, from April 2022 to March 2023. Emma's career also includes positions as Regional Director of Operations and Director of Population Health at Oak Street Health, along with significant consulting roles at Dalberg Global Development Advisors and Analysis Group. Emma earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in International Politics and Economics, Magna Cum Laude, from Middlebury College. Emma's early career included investment banking roles and research experience focused on political studies.
