Hector Leonardo Beltran Dechner is a seasoned healthcare professional and product manager with extensive experience in nursing and healthcare management. Currently serving as a Product Manager Consultant at CirrusLabs and a Home Health Registered Nurse at Aveanna Healthcare since April and March 2022, respectively, Hector has held various pivotal roles in care management and home health nursing.
