Henrik Olsen

Henrik Olsen is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in leading digital and user experience initiatives across various industries. Currently serving as Director of Digital Solutions - UX at Elevance Health, Henrik oversees the design of AI-enabled healthcare tools and digital platform UI kits. Previous roles include Head of Design at HealthTap, where Henrik managed a product and marketing design team, and Creative Director at Autodesk, responsible for creating a web apps UI design system. With prior experience in leadership positions at Facebook, Hot Studio, and other prominent companies, Henrik has consistently demonstrated expertise in brand strategy, interactive design, and team management. Henrik holds a BA in Graphic Design from ArtCenter College of Design and a BS in Environmental Design from the University of California, Davis.
