Lesa Westfall

Lesa Westfall possesses extensive experience in leadership and program management across various sectors, including healthcare and technology. Currently serving as Chief of Staff at Elevance Health since August 2021, Lesa previously held the position of Execution Director at Anthem, focusing on patient-centered care. Prior roles include Director of Program Portfolio Management at Dell, where responsibilities included integrated portfolio planning, and Sr. Manager of the IT PMO at AMD, overseeing a global team. Earlier experience at Dell included establishing PMOs for financial systems and order management, as well as a decade at Hart InterCivic, where Lesa directed manufacturing and fulfillment operations and managed client software implementations. Lesa holds a degree from St. Edward's University.
