Linya Owens-Lewis

Linya Owens-Lewis, MHA, currently serves as a Senior Grievance and Appeals Analyst at Elevance Health and holds a board member position at Buffalo Prenatal - Perinatal Network, Inc. Since October 2017, Linya worked at Univera Healthcare in multiple roles, including Retail Sales Consultant and Marketplace Facilitated Enroller, assisting clients with health insurance enrollment and education. Previous experience includes a Healthcare Enroller position at Neighborhood Legal Services, an intern role at Westgate Nursing Home, and a Financial Services Clerk work-study position at Bryant & Stratton College. Linya earned a Master’s degree in Health Care Administration from Utica University and holds a Bachelor and Associate degree in Health Services Administration and Medical Administrative Assistant, respectively.
