Michael Berry

Michael Berry is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in total rewards and executive compensation. Currently serving as Vice President of Total Rewards at Elevance Health since 1999, Michael oversees all aspects related to total rewards, executive compensation, associate call center operations, payroll, benefits, leave programs, and M&A due diligence. Prior roles include various leadership positions at Albertsons Companies from 1993 to 1999, culminating in the role of Compensation Manager. Michael holds a degree in Business with a focus on Accounting from Indiana University Bloomington, obtained between 1989 and 1993.
