Naiha Walia

Naiha Walia is a seasoned professional in pharmacy account management and project implementation, currently serving as the Pharmacy Account Director at Elevance Health since October 2022. Previously, Naiha held the position of Director of Project Management at CHC Health from March 2021 to October 2022. Naiha has extensive experience at CVS Health, where roles included Senior Advisor for Client Implementations, Advisor for Product MTM, Senior Account Manager, and National Account Manager from September 2013 to March 2021. Naiha began a career in client services at 1st Bank Card - First Data Merchant Services ISO from January 2007 to September 2013, where responsibilities included managing customer accounts, ensuring compliance with PCI Data Security Standards, and overseeing point of sale systems. Naiha holds a degree from DePaul University and is certified in Visa Management Training.
