Rachel Fleischer

Rachel Fleischer is a Chief Legal and Compliance Officer at Elevance Health, with extensive experience in providing legal counsel and managing high-visibility projects. Prior to their current role, Rachel held positions at Booz Allen Hamilton, Sidley Austin LLP, the Supreme Court of Israel, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and Fulbright Korea. Rachel holds a Doctor of Law degree from the University of Chicago Law School and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Pennsylvania.
