Randy Stoker

Randy Stoker serves as Senior Legal Counsel at Elevance Health since June 2022, having previously worked as an Attorney with the United States Attorneys' Offices. Randy Stoker earned a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Duke University School of Law, completed in May 2006, and holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Political Science and Government from the United States Naval Academy, awarded in May 1994.
