Renée Daley

Renée Daley, LCSW, is a seasoned mental health professional with extensive experience in product management and psychotherapy. Currently serving as the Head of Product at Carelon Behavioral Health since January 2022, Renée Daley oversees initiatives aimed at enhancing behavioral health services. Additionally, Renée Daley has operated a private practice since December 2016, specializing in therapy for individuals facing anxiety, depression, substance misuse, and mood disorders with a collaborative and solution-oriented approach. Previously, Renée Daley held leadership roles at Talkspace and Quartet Health, focusing on product strategy and marketing in the behavioral health sector, and began a career in social work through various roles that included family therapy and individual psychotherapy. Renée Daley holds a Master of Science in Social Work from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Miami University.
