Todd Simpson

Todd Simpson currently serves as Staff VP Technology, Engineering & Operations at Elevance Health since November 2022. Prior to this role, Todd held significant positions in various governmental organizations, including Deputy Assistant Secretary at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and Chief Product Officer at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Todd's extensive experience also includes roles as Chief Information Officer at the FDA and the U.S. Department of Justice, as well as leadership positions with the County of Berks and XO Communications. Academically, Todd Simpson has advanced degrees from Drexel University, The Ohio State University, and an Executive Leadership Certificate from Cornell University.
