Tracey Copeland

Tracey Copeland is an experienced healthcare executive specializing in strategic planning and program design within government lines of business. Currently serving as the Government Lines of Business Strategy Director for Health Solutions at Elevance Health since June 2022, Tracey has successfully coordinated value-based program analyses that resulted in over $50 million in year-over-year cost savings and developed a governance structure that has been adopted across various business lines. Prior to Elevance Health, Tracey held multiple leadership roles at Anthem, Inc., focusing on Medicaid payment innovation and driving shared savings programs across 1.6 million insured members. Tracey's earlier experience includes serving as the Administrative Director of Specialty Services at Bon Secours Health System and as the Director of Clinical Operations at Eastern Virginia Medical School. Tracey earned a BA in English from George Mason University.
