Vinita Shrivastav

Vinita Shrivastav currently serves as the Staff Vice President of Consumer Experience at Elevance Health since November 2021. Prior to this role, Vinita held the position of Staff Vice President at Anthem, Inc. and served as Vice President of Business Process Reimagination at Optum from February 2017 to November 2021. Vinita has significant experience in consulting and reengineering from a tenure as Assistant Vice President at GENPACT LLC, where roles included managing operations and overseeing revenue cycle processes. Additionally, Vinita contributed as a Board Member for the Georgia Coalition Against Domestic Violence from June 2015 to June 2018. Vinita's career began at GECIS as an Assistant Manager prior to advancing through various positions at GENPACT LLC.
