Eddy Paul Thomas is an accomplished business leader and consultant with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Elevate 1 Consulting since 2022, Eddy oversees business consulting services aimed at supporting entrepreneurs. In addition, Eddy has held the position of Chief Operating Officer at the National African American Missions Council since 2019, where strategic growth and operational management are key responsibilities. Eddy is also the author of "The Unbroken Place" and hosts a podcast focused on navigating difficult conversations and improving interpersonal connections. Previously, Eddy created an award-winning virtual event platform as Principal of Conference Loft, owned The Upper Room Project LLC, and played significant roles in community and educational initiatives. Eddy holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Sociology from Purdue University and a Master of Arts in Organizational Management from the University of Arizona.
