Dr. Tiffany McFerren

Dr. Tiffany McFerren is a skilled project manager currently with Elevate since August 2021, where responsibilities include overseeing the development of BIPOC contractors in the clean energy sector, managing project timelines and budgets, and providing coaching and resources for contractor growth. Prior to Elevate, Tiffany held various roles at CEDA from February 2008 to July 2021, including Multi-Family Coordinator and Intake Supervisor, focusing on the Illinois Home Weatherization Program. Early career experience included serving as Immunization Coordinator for Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Chicago from September 1999 to December 2007. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts and Science in Business Management/Organizational Leadership from Rasmussen University, an Associate of Arts and Sciences from ITT Technical Institute, and a certification in Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse Training, along with an honorary doctorate in Divinity/Ministry from United Covenant Bible College.
