The Client Services Team at LRQA - Sustainability works closely with clients to ensure their risk management strategies and ESG practices meet evolving legal, regulatory, and industry standards. This includes leveraging data and insights from the EiQ supply chain intelligence platform to design and implement custom frameworks and programmes. The team also manages client communications, oversees survey operations, and assists with responsible sourcing challenges, driving high-impact transformations and improvements in performance.
