Vithu Vijay currently serves as Senior Manager of Innovation at Elevate, where the focus is on corporate innovation and social impact initiatives. Vithu has held key roles at various organizations, including Manager of Innovation at Elevate, Director of Programs at Aravanai, and Co-Founder and CEO of Qrios, contributing to enhancing educational and employment opportunities in equity-deserving communities. Prior experiences include roles at Meta in global operations, British Council as a teacher, and significant contributions in Sri Lanka's tech education sector through Yarl IT Hub. Vithu holds degrees in Innovation Readiness and International Business from The University of Texas at Austin, a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Westminster, and has engaged in startup training programs through Y Combinator and Google for Startups.
