Stephanie Landazzi

Stephanie Landazzi is a dedicated social services professional currently serving as the Social Services Coordinator at Elevate Care since July 2022. Prior to this role, Stephanie held significant positions at BRIA Health Services, including Director of Admissions and Mental Health Professional, from September 2018 to July 2022. Stephanie's early career includes experience as a Case Manager at Camelot Care Centers, Inc., and as a Produce Clerk at Jewel-Osco, where Stephanie worked for nearly nine years. Educationally, Stephanie is pursuing a Master of Social Work (MSW) at Walden University, expected to be completed by December 2025, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Northeastern Illinois University, as well as an Associate of Science from McHenry County College. Stephanie's foundational education was completed at Johnsburg High School, where a high school diploma was earned in 2011.
