Jessica O'Quin

Jessica O'Quin, MBA, is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Elevate Dental Partners since June 2023. Prior to this role, Jessica held several key positions at Sunrun from December 2015 to April 2022, including Head of Talent, Operations, and Sr. Director, Talent, where responsibilities encompassed talent management and organizational development for a large workforce across the U.S. Jessica also worked at Polycom from 2010 to November 2015 in various HR roles, culminating as HR Manager for Worldwide Services, focusing on strategic HR initiatives globally. Earlier career experience includes a role as Human Resources Generalist at Quark Inc. and a foundational education featuring a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management & Marketing from the University of Colorado Boulder and an MBA in International Business from the University of Colorado Denver.
