Alicia also has experience as an IT Implementation Manager at Baylor Scott & White Health, overseeing the implementation of Epic Cadence, Welcome, and Referrals modules. With a background in Information Technology from Temple College, Alicia has successfully managed various projects and programs within the healthcare industry.
