Alicia Noviskie, PMP, CSM, currently holds the role of Senior Director Information Technology - Service and Support at Elevate ENT Partners. Prior to this, Alicia worked as a Program Manager at Ascension, where Alicia led various EHR and software projects. Alicia also has experience as an IT Implementation Manager at Baylor Scott & White Health, overseeing the implementation of Epic Cadence, Welcome, and Referrals modules. With a background in Information Technology from Temple College, Alicia has successfully managed various projects and programs within the healthcare industry.
